Richard Cooper

Richard is a Business Psychologist with over 20 years experience in supporting and improving the performance of large organisations through the development of individuals, teams and effective people processes.  He has worked internationally and his main experience is within retail although he has also worked in the construction, manufacturing, distribution, media, finance and public sectors.  His project work has focussed on management and leadership development, performance management, selection and assessment, and customer service development. 

Richard has a BSc. (Hons.) in Psychology and an MSc. in Organisational Psychology.  He holds Level A and Level B Certificates in Occupational Testing and is trained to use a number of psychometrics.  He is also a lecturer in Psychology with the Open University. Outside of work he's an enthusiastic horse rider and creaking rugby player.  Visit Richard's blog at: http://richardcooper.wordpress.com
